Shipping policy
We want every order to arrive quickly, safely and exactly as described. If anything isn't right, we'll always do our best to make it right.
DELIVERY
All orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment being confirmed. Every card is carefully packaged to ensure it arrives in the same condition it left us. Shipping times vary depending on your location, but most domestic orders arrive within 3-7 business days. Once your order has shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow it all the way to your door.
RETURNS
If your order arrives damaged or there's an issue with your card, please get in touch within 7 days of receiving it. We'll work with you to find a fair resolution, whether that's a replacement or a full refund. To get the process started, reach out through our contact page with your order details and a photo of the issue and we'll take it from there. Please note that we're unable to accept returns on the basis of a change of mind.
